We have over 30 individual and exciting internships on offer, providing the perfect opportunity to acquire substantial work experience in Engineering, Technology, Broadcasting, Project Management, Property Management, Finance, Sales, HR, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Media Graphics and Safety, Health & Environment.
Many of our internships are open to candidates whatever their degree subject. It’s about wanting to join the digital revolution and understand how we at Arqiva connect people for an enriched and safer life.
If you are looking for an opportunity that will challenge, develop and inspire you Arqiva is the place for you. We are looking for people who are passionate about working in one of the most interesting industries out there. It is not all about your qualifications, we want to know whether you have the drive and commitment to succeed in our business.
We encourage innovation and ingenuity, support each other and are passionate about developing and rewarding talent. We’re very proud of our culture that enables everyone to fulfil their potential and enjoy playing their part in helping us to achieve our future ambitions whilst delivering for our customers.
Firstly we’ll ask you to complete an online application form, to find out a bit more about you. This will make sure you’re eligible for the programme and you’ll be able to tell us about your education and reasons for applying.
If you’re successful at this stage we’ll invite you to a telephone interview. We’ll be looking at your compatibility with Arqiva’s values as well as your reasons for applying to our programme. In preparation think about what your key skills and strengths are, examples of when you might have demonstrated these, and how they might be relevant to the business area you are applying for.
If you are successful at telephone interview we’ll invite you to an Assessment Centre at our headquarters Crawley Court, Winchester. This will involve a further interview and group exercises. Travel expenses to and from the Assessment Centre will be reimbursed, including any necessary overnight accommodation.
Ahead of the telephone interview and any subsequent stages we will give you advice and tips to enable you to prepare as well as possible. We want to see the best of you.
Giving you straightforward feedback is also really important to us. So if you are unsuccessful at either the telephone interview or assessment centre stage, we’ll give you helpful feedback to build on for future applications. We also like to differentiate ourselves from other companies by making our decisions quickly and letting you know the outcome within a week of your Assessment Centre.
SUNDAY 28TH JANUARY – Closing date for applications.
Assessment Centres will take place in February and March.
Internships will run from Monday 9 July to Friday 24 August (7 weeks).
You must be on track for a 2:1 in your degree and/or have a minimum of 280 UCAS points.
Some of the roles may require a driver’s licence.
When applying for an internship which may lead onto a graduate programme please be advised that if you don’t have the required ‘permission to work’ on graduation Arqiva are unable to sponsor visas.
