Arqiva recognised with Armed Forces Covenant Silver Award

15 September, 2026, Winchester, UK – Arqiva has been awarded the Silver Award under the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), recognising its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community and creating opportunities for veterans, reservists and military families.

The Silver Award is presented to organisations that demonstrate outstanding support for the Armed Forces community and actively champion the value that veterans, reservists and military families bring to the workplace.

Arqiva has a longstanding commitment to supporting those who serve or have served. The business signed the Armed Forces Covenant and has continued to strengthen its support for the Armed Forces community through recruitment initiatives, career transition opportunities and the establishment of a dedicated Veterans’ Network for colleagues across the organisation.

The company also actively promotes opportunities for service leavers across a broad range of technical, operational and corporate roles, recognising the significant contribution they can make to the business.
