A new chapter for Arqiva: built for what’s critical

The true test of a critical service is not how often people talk about it, but how confidently they rely on it every day

For nearly a century, Arqiva has helped keep some of the UK’s most important services running. Much of what we do goes unnoticed because it works.

Every day, people watch, listen, connect and rely on essential services delivered by our customers. Behind those moments sit the networks, expertise and operational excellence that help keep the country connected.

The trust placed in those services has never been greater. And neither have the expectations.

The world around us is changing quickly. Audiences are consuming content in new ways. Society expects essential services to be more efficient, more sustainable and more responsive to changing needs. Expectations around resilience, security and performance continue to grow.

Across every market we serve, customers need partners who can help them navigate complexity today while preparing for what comes next.

Arqiva has evolved to meet those needs. We have expanded our capabilities, developed new expertise and entered new markets.

Today, we are launching a refreshed brand that reflects that evolution. It is a clearer expression of who we are, what we stand for and the role we want to play in the years ahead.

This is not a new look for its own sake. It is about ensuring the outside of Arqiva reflects the strength, relevance and momentum inside the business. Our refreshed brand supports a simple ambition: to protect and strengthen the critical services people rely on today, while creating new ways to help customers adapt, grow and perform in a changing world.

In media and broadcast, we help organisations connect audiences with the content, information and moments that matter to them.

In the utility sector, we help customers deliver more efficient, sustainable and resilient services through better connectivity and data.

And in areas of national importance, we bring together trusted expertise, secure infrastructure and long-term partnership to support services where resilience really matters.

The common thread is simple: we help make critical services work, and we help our customers make them better.

That is what our new tagline, Built for what’s critical, represents. It reflects the services we support, the standards we set for ourselves and the responsibility that comes with helping customers keep those services running every day.

I am proud of our heritage, but this launch is ultimately about the future. It is about ensuring Arqiva is recognised for the business we are today, the expertise of our people and the value we create for customers.

Thank you to everyone who has helped bring the new brand to life. A brand only matters when it is backed by substance. Ours is backed by the expertise of our people, the trust of our customers and the strength of our capabilities.

Critical services don’t happen by accident. They are built, operated and improved every day through expertise, innovation and trusted partnership. That’s what Arqiva has been doing for nearly a century. And it’s what we’ll continue to do for decades to come.
