What do I do?

I lead the people services team that supports everyone here in so many different ways from payroll to people administration and advice.

It’s an exciting time as we’re transforming the way we support our people to make it quicker and easier for everybody. Our aim is to answer HR questions faster than ever before and to ensure that our policies and processes are very straightforward and easy to understand.

Why did I join Arqiva?

I wanted to work in a great working environment with interesting people who are really passionate about what they do. There are lots of opportunities here and continuous improvement is encouraged – so I felt I could make a real difference. The experience has exceeded my expectations!

What do I enjoy most about my job?

I love being able to change and improve things for the better. It’s also exciting to work with all kinds of different people for a company at the frontier of technology.

What am I most proud of?

I’m really proud to have progressed so far after starting out as an HR Consultant 5 years ago. Playing a lead role in the development and roll out of our company values was a major highlight too!

What about my future?

I’m looking forward to helping the company to grow even more and the new opportunities that brings – especially as I’m lucky enough to be on our next generation leadership programme.
