What do I do?
I respond to a variety of urgent IT requests and different situations. No two days are ever the same as I solve problems, keep the team connected and look at smarter ways to do things. Ultimately I help the business to meet constantly changing requirements and customer needs.
What’s the Arqiva culture like?
Development is really big here. You’re supported from day one and encouraged to take advantage of the many opportunities to progress. The team-spirit is excellent too with everyone pitching in to connect people around the globe.
It’s different from anywhere else I’ve worked. It’s really refreshing to work with people who recognise and appreciate a job well done. I’m very proud to be part of the team and I look forward to the many things we’re going to achieve together in the future.
Why did I join Arqiva?
The diverse customer portfolio really appealed to me. And I wanted to work somewhere where technologies were changing all the time, so I would be constantly adapting, learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies.
Why did I want a career in IT?
It’s been a real passion of mine since childhood, so it was natural to turn my hobby into a career. I developed my IT skills across many different areas of the industrial computer industry, before focusing on IT security products.
