Arqiva to support the ARIAS 2017
Arqiva are delighted to announce that we will be supporting the Audio & Radio Industry Awards (ARIAS) taking place in October in Leeds.
Building on the success of last year’s event, more categories have been introduced offering a far wider scope for recognition. Entry fees have also been reduced to make it more accessible for individuals and teams.
As an event partner, Arqiva will be supporting the awards, including the sponsorship of two new award categories launched for this year’s event: “Best New Presenter” and “Best New Show/Podcast”. These awards have been added to the categories to particularly recognise the rising stars in the radio and audio industry – you can see the full list of categories here.
“We’re delighted to have offered our support for the ARIAS, and are very much looking forward to the event
“We may provide the network for broadcasters to reach their audiences across the country, but without the great content created on a daily basis by talented individuals and teams across the industry, radio wouldn’t continue to be the thriving platform it is today. This is why it is so vital to us to see the great talent and teams in the industry recognised and celebrated.”
“The ARIAS are about recognising talented individuals and teams who excel at their craft and produce the very best audio programmes and initiatives in the world. We are delighted to be back in Leeds and working with LeedsBID. We have built on the success of last year by introducing more categories offering a far wider scope for recognition and slashed entry fees to make it more accessible for individuals – we simply couldn’t have done that without the amazing support of LeedsBID.”
“Arqiva play a critical role in the radio industry and we’re delighted to also have their support for the ARIAS, helping celebrate the great talent that exists in this industry.”
It is not too late to enter for this year’s ARIAS, the deadline for entries has been extended to 5pm on Wednesday 09 August.
