The Trustee of the Plan is Independent Trustee Services Limited, trading as Independent Governance Group (“IGG”).

 

IGG is currently represented by Dan Gilmour and Akash Rooprai, who are both accredited members of the Association of Professional Pension Trustees.

 

Four of the Plan’s previous Trustees (Tom O’Connor, Dick Buckle, Alan Taylor and Jack FitzSimons) are members of a Consultative Committee, which has regular interactions with IGG.
