For example our spectrum planning group produces detailed predictions on the coverage of digital terrestrial TV stations - coordinating with our antenna design specialists to produce final coverage maps reflecting the actual performance of the antenna.
And we have all the infrastructure in place to support this:
- We own/manage 1154 terrestrial television transmission sites across the UK
- We operate our own teleports in Winchester, London, Gerrards Cross and Bedford
- Via our 70 satellite antennas we are able to access over 100 satellites so we can distribute your content
- We offer end-to-end media solutions that reach from programme origination and playout, through distribution and transmission to the latest in interactive television and streaming video
- Occasional use services - we have own fleet of SNG and OB trucks and backhaul, playout and satellite services
But as well as designing and building your network, we recognise the importance of ongoing maintenance and monitoring. We have a national dedicated team of engineers who cover the whole range of specialist electrical, broadcast and antenna skills and provide the network monitoring, control and maintenance that keeps your service on-air.
