Central to our service operation is The Radio Desk, which provides you with a single point of contact for all your service issues. It is based at our National Customer Service Centre at Emley Moor in Yorkshire, and is operational 24/7.
Staffed by radio specialists, the latest telemetry equipment is used to monitor and carry out diagnostics on your transmission network. They can then either correct the fault remotely or act as a control hub, liaising with our nationwide operational engineering field force to ensure speedy resolution.
The radio desk itself is part of the wider Arqiva radio team. Right back in 1973, we took the decision to create a totally dedicated radio team which has been a centre of expertise ever since. It brings together our technical, engineering, customer service and sales specialists to focus on the needs of our radio customers.
