Coordinated from our National Customer Service Centre, Arqiva operate 30 regional service centres across the UK. The levels of service range from working hours emergency call-out to 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year business critical support.
As all of our managed services offerings are built on a modular basis it allows customers to build a solution which is bespoke for them and pick a service level, which is appropriate for each module, to meet their requirements. The managed service modules cover the whole range of services needed in today's communications environment.
The service modules include asset management from initial procurement through in-life management and tracking to end-of-life decommissioning and disposal, configuration management and fleetmap management for both analogue and digital services, coverage measurement and analysis, CDR analysis, event support, reprogramming services, 24/7 help and fault reporting lines, as well as the management of vehicle communications equipment and installation.
We also provide service managers that can be based at the customers own premises and are dedicated to that customer, managing the services in real time with support from our technical specialists.
