Nicolas joined Arqiva in January 2012 as MD of the company’s Government, Mobile & Enterprise business unit which provides cellular, wireless broadband, voice and data solutions for the mobile communications, public safety, local government and commercial markets.
He joined Arqiva from the UK’s largest mobile operator, Everything Everywhere, where he was the vice-president for Strategy, Regulation and Planning, and prior to that for Orange UK. In this role he successfully led the pre-merger integration of Orange UK and T-Mobile UK. Nicolas was also in charge of spectrum auction preparation for Everything Everywhere and Orange UK. Before that, he was Chief of Staff to the Chairman & CEO of France Telecom group.
From June 2002 to October 2005 he was Finance Director at Equant, later to become Orange Business Services. This is the multinational B2B division of France Telecom with $8bn revenues generated in 220 countries.
Prior to 2002, Nicolas worked for Global Crossing, the international dark fibre network operator, as the CFO of the French subsidiary where he controlled the construction of the network and in parallel created Global Crossing’s European Revenue Assurance department.
Nicolas is a French citizen and a qualified accountant (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Comptables & Financières). He is married and lives in west London.
