Salary

Arqiva believes in paying all employees a fair, realistic and market referenced salary to recognise their ability to do their job.

All employee salaries are reviewed on an annual basis - currently in July. A percentage increase budget is determined by the Executive board and communicated to managers who are then responsible for reviewing their employees pay.

The Executive’s decision is informed by discussions with HR, BECTU & Employee Forums and takes into account: -

  • Arqiva’s business performance and profitability
  • Market movements – i.e. what our competitors are doing
  • National Economic trends – e.g. inflation

Your salary may also be reviewed during the year upon a significant change of job role or promotion.

Bonus

We want everyone to benefit from our success and growth. Our Company Bonus Scheme is designed to reward us for achieving our targets and constantly improving our overall performance.

Like Arqiva’s financial year, the bonus scheme runs from 1st July to 30th June and if the company achieves its financial goals for the year, the bonus will be paid in our August payroll.

Arqiva also runs a number of Sales Commission schemes for our Sales community.

The Arqiva Excellence Award gives the ability to immediately reward and positively reinforce good behaviours.  It can be used whenever an individual or a team have made a contribution over and above the high standards we already set for ourselves. Anyone with whom we interact can make a nomination – suppliers, customers, other employees in Arqiva, managers (whether or not they are in the management chain for the employee). The scheme enables us to publicly celebrate and share the achievements of our colleagues as a team and as a company.
