Damian has a 25 year career as a Chartered Accountant and Management Consultant with extensive experience in global strategy leadership and business development. From 1984 to 1990, Damian was a Partner with Arthur Young, Australia, specialising in advising clients in the Telecommunications, Communications and Entertainment (TCE) industry. In early 1990, following the merger with Ernst & Whinney, Damian was seconded to the Ernst & Young Global office in New York to support the development and successful implementation of the post-merger integration strategy.
After five years in New York, Damian returned to Australia to join Arthur Andersen as a Partner. In 1999, Damian re-joined Ernst & Young's Global office, this time based in London, to lead a major business development program in Europe, again specialising in the TCE sector.
In 2005, Damian joined Management Consulting Group Plc, the listed holding company of a number of consultancy businesses, as Senior Vice-President and is currently directing the group's global business development program.
Damian is also a Director of Australian Business Limited, an organisation dedicated to promoting Australian business interests in the UK.
